General Terms: We deliver to over Qatar. If you were not able to find your address on the checkout, please contact us directly via email on email@example.com, call (+974 5089 4146) or WhatsApp (+974 5089 4146) and we will revert back to you within 24 hours.
Shipping Method: We reserve the right to use a different delivery partner (using a comparable service) than what was selected at checkout. Normally, Orders will be delivered using our own delivery team.
Tracking Information: We will communicate the delivery updates to you upon request.
Address Changes: If your order is Under processing and you need to change the delivery slot or delivery address? please contact us via Call or WhatsApp with order ID and registered email ID before your order is confirmed and dispatched.
Paid Delivery Terms: Orders placed with “Express Delivery Service” selection (guaranteed same day delivery) placed before 5PM that are fulfilled from our warehouse will deliver same business day; those placed on Friday will be delivered next business day. Orders placed with standard delivery selection will be delivered in 1-2 business day. Please note that all delivery windows refer specifically to business days, not calendar days.
Arrival of Your Package: You are responsible for choosing the appropriate Delivery method in determining the timing of your delivery. For guaranteed delivery by a specific date, you may need to choose an express delivery method. If you have any questions about the timing of your order delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order. Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer in order to save time and/or distance.
In general, delivery estimates are best efforts and not guaranteed.
Please Note: Delivery service will be is from Saturday to Thursday between 9 AM – 5 PM Only.
Cancellation of an Order: The customer can cancel a purchased order any time before Confirmation of the order, except the customized products which are made and prepared as per customer specification or which have been personalized or exclusively custom-made item.
1.Cash on Delivery Orders can be cancelled at any time before “Order Confirmation”.
2. Placed orders could be cancelled if a Cash on Delivery Orders not confirmed due to Non-Contact from the customer within 2 business days after.
3. Pre-Paid Orders can be cancelled at any time before Order Confirmation and the full amount will be refunded to the customer.
4. If the Pre-Paid order is Cancelled after the dispatch of the item, Delivery charges will be applicable.
Damaged, Missing, Defective or Malfunctioning Product Policy:
Please report damaged, missing, defective or malfunctioning merchandise immediately and no later than 5 business days of delivery.
(i)Damaged Products: Items are carefully packaged to protect against damage during packing and delivery. Please carefully inspect your package when it arrives for any damages during transit. If an item appears to be damaged during delivery, please do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately.
(ii)Missing Products: Please note that we often ship or deliver orders in multiple packages. However, if items are apparently missing from your order, please report it to us immediately so we can track packages and replace the shipment if necessary.
(ii)Defective or Malfunctioning Products: If any item is not working properly due to Defective or Malfunctioning reason, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement.
Products are returnable if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories and defective or different from their description on the product.
Customer can return an item(s) within 5 days of the item received, except the products which are made and prepared as per customer specification or which have been personalized or exclusively custom-made. In this regard, contact our support at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please return your item in its original packaging with all the original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, registration card, Free of Cost/Bundled Items and promotional vouchers if any.
Refund & Replacement Policy:
The product shall be verified prior to Refund/replacement.
Replacement could be subject to availability of the product (size, colour, etc.)
All refunds shall be made in Qatari Riyals only.
The refunds will be processed and credited to your account within 5 to 7 business days after the claims are verified.
Please allow up to 14 working days before contacting us if you haven’t received your refund from the date product is returned.
The warranty tendered hereunder, on the product(s) sold under evolv.qa invoice, will be provided exclusively by their respective Authorized Agents/Distributors and are limited to Qatar for a Specific period mentioned by supplier from the date of invoice unless specified.
evolv.qa does not warrant that the sale price provided by the Seller of the Product is accurate, proper and valid. Any error in the sale price shall be solely attributed to the Seller and not to www.evolv.qa
Warranty on applicable products becomes invalid if the product(s) has been opened or tampered by an unauthorized person/other service centre.
evolv.qa shall not assume any liability for the non-availability of the Product, delivery of the Product directly by the Seller.
